Shipping Time

Standard international delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking information will be emailed once shipped.

Delivery times may vary by region. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. We package all artworks with professional materials to ensure safe transit.

Restricted Countries

Due to shipping limitations, we currently cannot ship to countries under international sanctions or with restricted postal services. Please contact us if you're unsure about your location.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by their country. These fees are beyond our control and vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs.

Non-Delivery or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 7 days at bechmanstudios@gmail.com. We will assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
